Delphi advisor to Axkid AB in connection with the public cash offer from SEB Private Equity and management in Axkid

Delphi advises Axkid AB in connection with SEB Private Equity and Tony Qvist, Thomas Bräutigam, Daniel Johansson, Erik Emanuelsson, Peter Schön and Daniel Lundgren (board members and/or senior management in Axkid), through Goldcup 26807 AB’s (under pending name change to Caution Ax Bidco AB) announcement on 14 December 2020 of a public cash offer to the shareholders of Axkid.

Axkid was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2009, rooted in the art of Swedish engineering, combined with a focus on safety and a passion for children’s right to security. Axkid is now present in more than 15 markets, primarily in Europe and had a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million in 2019. Axkid offers a complete selection of child safety seats for children of all ages. Axkid’s shares are listed on Spotlight Stock Market since 1 July 2014.
