Delphi advisor to Alligo in connection with the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Topline

Delphi has advised Alligo Holding AB (“Alligo“) in connection with its acquisition of 70% of the shares in Topline AB (“Topline”). Topline, together with its subsidiary Topline Kalmar AB, has a turnover of approximately SEK 60 million. Topline sells workwear, profile clothing and product media. The acquisition will further strengthen Alligo’s position within profile clothing and product media on the Swedish market.

Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has annual revenue of approximately SEK 9.2 billion per year and has approximately 2,400 employees.
