Delphi advisor to Alligo AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Magnusson Agentur AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted Alligo AB (publ) (”Alligo”) in connection with the acquisition of Magnusson Agentur AB. By the acquisition, Alligo strengthens its position in profile products and workwear and the acquisition is a part of the active acquisition strategy that Alligo has which is an important complement to its organic growth.

Alligo is a leading player within workwear, personal protective equipment, tools and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has annual sales of approximately SEK 8.5 billion and approximately 2,300 employees. Alligo is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
