Delphi advisor to Addtech Nordic AB in the acquisition of IETV Elektroteknik AB

Delphi has advised Addtech Nordic AB in the acquisition of the shares in IETV Elektroteknik AB.

Addtech Nordic AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Addtech AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap. Addtech is a Swedish technology trading group that provides high-technology products and solutions within the industry and infrastructure sector.

IETV Elektroteknik AB is a knowledge-based company that offers qualified services in power supply to railways, hydropower and industry. The company conducts its business primarily in Sweden but also in Norway. The company has 38 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 80 MSEK.
