Delphi advisor to AddLife in acquisition of Telia Health Monitoring
Delphi has assisted AddLife Development AB in connection with the acquisition of the Telia Health Monitoring business from Telia Sverige (Sweden) AB. The business unit was acquired by Camanio AB, which AddLife acquired earlier in December 2021. The closing took place on 20 December 2021.
Camanio is a newly acquired subsidiary of AddLife AB (publ), an independent European player in life sciences that offers high-quality products, services and consulting to both the private and public sectors. AddLife has about 1,800 employees in around 70 operating subsidiaries, which operate under their own brands. The Group has annual sales of approximately SEK 7.5 billion. AddLife is listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm stock exchange.
Telia’s business unit Telia Health Monitoring delivers a digital platform solution enabling remote care and self-monitoring for patients with chronic diseases and within specialist maternity care. The business unit currently has agreements with eight regions in both the public and private sectors in Sweden. In total, approximately 1,000 patients are connected to the platform.
Delphi’s team consisted of Fredrik Mörner, Johan Hübner, Hannah Gröndahl, Erik Ålander, Emmy Falck, John Neway Herrman and Daniel Malm.
