Delphi advisor on the divestment of Stockholms Stadsnät to Bredband2

Delphi has advised the shareholders in the divestment of all shares in Stockholms Stadsnät AB to Bredband2 AB.

With around 40,000 private customers and 1,000 business customers, Stockholms Stadsnät is an internet service provider that has grown organically and established a strong market presence in the Stockholm region. Bredband2 is the third largest broadband provider in the Swedish market.

Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
