Delphi advisor in the sale of wind park to Orrön Energy AB

Delphi has advised seven sellers in the sale of a wind park to Orrön Energy AB (“Orrön“). Through the transaction, the wind park together with the operating company has been transferred to Slitevind AB (publ), a subsidiary of Orrön. The wind farm is located at Lilla Årås in Skaraborg and the wind turbines are manufactured by Nordex. The park has been in operation since 2011.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to the sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
