Delphi advisor in Lyko Group’s acquisition of INZO Lars Bratt AB

Delphi has assisted Lyko Group AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of all issued shares in INZO Lars Bratt AB. INZO was founded in 1996 and has specialized in developing and producing beauty products within hair care, skin care, beards and styling. The company has 15 employees.

Lyko is a leading retail company in Sweden within hair care and beauty products with 36 stores in Sweden and Norway. The business employs almost 750 people and the company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
