Delphi advisor in Infineon’s acquisition of Imagimob AB

Delphi has assisted Infineon Technologies AG in connection with the acquisition of Imagimob AB. Imagimob AB is a Stockholm-based startup which is a leading platform provider for Machine Learning solutions. With this acquisition Infineon advances its position to offer a world-class Machine Learning (ML) solution and significantly complements its AI offerings.

Infineon Technologies AG is a global semiconductor leader in power systems and IoT. The company has around 56,200 employees worldwide and generated revenue of about EUR 14.2 billion in the 2022 fiscal year (ending 30 September). Infineon is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and in the USA on the OTCQX International over-the-counter market.

Delphi’s team consisted of Mats Dahlberg, Glenn Nyström, Helene Andersson, Magnus Berterud, Rebecka Harding, Ida Nordmark, Olivia Svedmark, Josefin Nohrborg and Fredrik Nykvist.
