Delphi advises SCHWENK on acquisition of Cemex cement business in Nordics
Delphi have advised SCHWENK Zement on Swedish law aspects of its agreement to acquire the Baltic and Nordic assets of global materials company Cemex for approximately MEUR 340. Cemex’s Nordic assets consist of 3 import terminals in Finland, 4 import terminals in Norway and 4 import terminals in Sweden. The closing of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions such as regulatory approval.
SCHWENK is a German building materials company with nearly 170 years of experience comprising cement, concrete and other building materials and related services.
