Delphi have advised the ITRS group (ITRS), the leading provider of real-time monitoring and analytics for financial services, on Swedish law aspects of its acquisition of OP5. The OP5 group is a global leader in providing IT monitoring and log analysis technology, with headquarters in Stockholm and subsidiaries in the EU and US. ITRS is owned by global growth private equity firm TA Associates.
