Delphi advises Euroforest AB in the sale of approximately 15,000 hectares of forest in Lithuania

Euroforest AB (publ) has transferred its portfolio of forest property companies in Lithuania to a consortium headed by Dasos Capital in Finland. The portfolio comprises a total of about 15,000 hectares of forest and is thus thought to be the largest privately owned forest property in Lithuania.

Responsible partner for Delphi was Göran M. Karlsson who assisted with legal advice in Sweden. The matter was carried out in collaboration with Lithuanian colleagues at the law firm Ellex Valiunas.
