Delphi has advised Apidio AB in connection with the sale of Riada AB to Eficode Oy.

Riada, founded in 2005, is a market-leading provider of services around Atlassian’s products. The company provides Atlassian’s all applications and agile services which are tailored to the customer’s needs. The offer includes consulting services, training, hosting and license sales.

Eficode is a leading company within DevOps. The company provides services and products within DevOps, software design, development and application management. Eficode, headquartered in Helsinki, operates in seven European markets. The company has about 400 employees.
