Delphi advised Veolia Nordic in relation to the divestment of Veolia’s business area Technical Management

Veolia is a global environmental company with focus on solutions within recycling, water and energy. The business area Technical Management includes maintenance of facilities, equipment and infrastructure for a number of larger customers and at several locations around Sweden. The Technical Management business was acquired by Coor Service Management.
