Delphi has acted as counsel jointly with Hogan Lovells to Hay Tor Capital I Limited in connection with Hay Tor Capital I Limited, KAS BANK N.V. and the managements of Neonets’ acquisition of the majority of the shares in Neonet AB (publ) from Nordic Capital Fund VII. The Nordic Capital fund will remain as a minority shareholder. Neonet offers professional market participants flexible, independent and transparent execution services based on advanced trading software solutions. Hay Tor Capital is a specialist financial services investor.
