Candidator DGC acquires Solid Park

Delphi represents Solid Park and its owners in the sale of Solid Park-group to Candidator DGC.

Solid Park is a provider of IT-services with operations in Västerås, Stockholm, Norrköping, Linköping, Katrineholm and, through the acquisition of Exeo, Motala. Solid Park has approx. 200 employees with an annual revenue of MSEK 320.

Candidator DGC provides IT-services and has an annual revenue of approx. SEK 1 billion. Candidator GDC’s majority owner is EQT, a leading investment firm.

The Delphi team includes Michael Juhlin, Hannah Gröndahl and Christoffer Malmström (M&A); Elisabeth Eklund (EU & Competition) and Magnus Berterud (Labour law).
