Accenture Interactive acquires Kaplan

Delphi represents Kaplan and its owners in the sale of Kaplan-group to Accenture Interactive.

Kaplan is a provider of data-driven customer relationship management services, that transforms customer experiences through strategic, analytical, technology, and creative solutions. Kaplan-group comprises Marianne Kaplan AB, Kaplan Danmark ApS and Kaplan Norway AS.

The acquisition strengthens Accenture Interactive’s ability to provide customers with end-to-end experience transformation services in the Nordics.

The Delphi team includes Michael Juhlin, Glenn Nyström, Christoffer Malmström, Magnus Berterud och Johanna Liljegren.
