Delphi has advised Addtech Nordic AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Addtech AB (publ), listed on NASDAQ Stockholm Mid Cap, upon acquisition of all shares in Prisma Teknik AB and Prisma Light AB.
Prisma Teknik AB is the supplier of advanced transition signals, arc contacts for demanding environments and measuring instruments for measuring crankshaft skew. Prisma Light AB develops and manufactures LED lighting for outdoor environments. The companies have 27 employees and have a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million.
Delphi’s team consisted mainly of Fredrik Mörner as responsible partner, assisted by associate Linn Strömberg.
