Delphi has advised the sellers of Movement Group Nordic AB with the sale of all shares to AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA and its portfolio company Conaxess Trade Sweden AB. Movement Group is a leading Swedish sales, marketing and distribution company for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) that offers both field sales services and full-service distribution.

Conaxess Trade Group is an exclusive distributor of FMCG products to retail as well as other sales channels.

The transaction is subject to customary competition approval.
