Delphi advisor to Locus Energy in connection with acquisition

Delphi has assisted Locus Energy AB, SEB Nordic Energy portfolio company, in connection with the acquisition of small-scale hydropower in Dalarna and Hälsingland in northern Sweden. The new acquisition includes four hydropower stations in the rivers Västerdalälven and Ljusnan in the SE3 and SE2 electricity areas and complements the company’s portfolio of existing investments in hydropower in Dalarna and the partnership with Dala Vind.
