Three new partners at Delphi’s Stockholm office

Delphi is pleased to announce that three new partners have been elected at the firm’s office in Stockholm, with effect from January 1, 2025. We welcome Christopher Stridh, Helene Andersson, and John Neway Herrman to the team of partners.

Christopher Stridh specialises in dispute resolution and acts as counsel in commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Christopher’s experience covers disputes within a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including insurance, construction, cooperation and shareholders’ agreements, supply of industrial works and mechanical equipment, licensing and trade secrets, and disputes arising from M&A and public offerings. Christopher also regularly advises clients on matters concerning professional liability.

Helene Andersson is part of Delphi’s EU and competition law practice. With 25 years in the field, Helene’s expertise spans the whole range of competition law matters, from cartel investigations to complex merger filings – both before the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. Helene also advises clients on state aid and other regulatory matters. Helene is Associate Professor in European law and the author of Dawn Raids under Challenge and Access and Cartel Cases (both Hart Publishing).

John Neway Herrman is specialised within the areas of commercial contract law, IT, cyber security and FinTech. John advises clients mainly on issues regarding AI, outsourcing deals, licensing, IT contracts, tech/digitalization, various types of strategic partnerships and regulatory matters. Last year, John was named Justitia of the Year, by the Justice Prize, for his contributions to diversity and inclusion in the legal industry, in particular for starting and running the business network Delphi Young Business Forum. Furthermore, Johan has been recognized as a prominent advisor by international ranking institutes.

– We are very happy to welcome Christopher, Helene, and John into the team of partners. All three of them are highly skilled lawyers who are greatly appreciated by both clients and colleagues. Through these three elections, we strengthen our operations in several priority areas that are important for our client offering, says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.
