Agnes Hammarstrand elected to SWEDMA board

Delphi’s partner Agnes Hammarstrand has today been elected as a member of the board for the industry organization SWEDMA – Swedish Data & Marketing Association.

At SWEDMA’s annual meeting on May 15th, Delphi’s partner Agnes Hammarstrand was elected as a member of the board. Together with the other board members, she will work to conduct progressive efforts to develop and maintain seriousness, quality, and a high ethical standard in connection with marketing.

Agnes Hammarstrand is a leading expert within the fields of IT/tech and e-commerce law in Sweden. Her areas of expertise include data protection/GDPR, consumer law, marketing law, IoT, and cloud services.

– I am very happy and proud of the trust placed in me to join the SWEDMA board and I am truly looking forward to the assignment. The development of data-driven marketing is happening at a rapid pace, and it is important to keep up to take advantage of the opportunities while ensuring responsible handling of personal data.
