Delphi legal advisor to Spiltan Invest in connection with public mandatory bid offer

Delphi has assisted Investment AB Spiltan (publ) in connection with their mandatory bid offer in cash to the shareholders of Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ). The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 117 million, excluding the shares that Spiltan Invest already owns, which corresponds to a value of all shares in Bonäsudden of SEK 268.8 million. The shares in Bonäsudden are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Spiltan Invest is an investment firm that acquires and owns minority stakes in listed and unlisted small- and medium sized companies. Spiltan Invest currently owns a portfolio valued at just over SEK 8.1 billion, consisting of companies within tech, finance, real estate, and industry.
