Delphi advisor to Tourn International AB (publ) in connection with its change of listing to Nasdaq First North

Delphi has advised Tourn International AB (“Tourn”) in connection with its change of listing from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq First North. Trading on Nasdaq First North began today on 28 June 2019.

Tourn operates the advertising network Tourn.se where advertising companies connect with bloggers. Tourn enables companies to easily and effectively market their products in social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and blogs. Through Tourn, advertising companies can reach out with their messages accurately to each target group through display and content marketing. Tourn International also runs adProton an advertising network focusing on apps that deliver ad solutions and publishing opportunities for app developers.
