Delphi advisor to Touchtech AB in connection with directed issue

Delphi has assisted Touchtech AB in connection with a directed issue to several new and existing investors. The directed issue has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Touchtech pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2020. Touchtech will be provided with an amount of approximately SEK 6.1 million before issue costs.

Touchtech’s vision is to be the globally leading company within digitization of customer journeys in physical retail stores, with a strong ecosystem of solutions that support each other. Touchtech’s core product is a scalable software solution licensed to retailers and used on larger interactive devices in physical stores and showrooms. Touchtech currently offers four solutions, Touchtech Vendo, Touchtech Showroom, Digital Venue and Touchtech Lima, with associated consulting services. All solutions are developed with a focus on the challenges of retail. Touchtech are listed on Spotlight Stock Market.
