Delphi advisor to SeaTwirl AB in connection with an oversubscribed rights issue
Delphi has advised SeaTwirl AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue of units that was oversubscribed for a total of 243.1 per cent, of which approximately 95.8 per cent was subscribed for with the support of unit rights and approximately 147.3 per cent was subscribed for without the support of unit rights. Through the rights issue, the company has received approximately SEK 49.8 million before costs related to the rights issue.
SeaTwirl AB (publ) is a Swedish development company in wind power with the vision of becoming a global leader in floating offshore wind power. SeaTwirl’s unique floating wind turbine is simple and robust with few moving parts. This suits the conditions at sea well and minimizes the need for maintenance, which leads to fewer downtimes and more operating hours. The company’s first prototype was installed in the sea in 2015. The company has been listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market since 2016.
