Delphi advisor to Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) in connection with an accelerated book building procedure and a directed share issue

Delphi has advised Scoult Gaming Group AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through an accelerated book building procedure to Swedish and international institutional investors and a directed share issue to the US shareholder Topline Capital Partners Ltd. Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) receives at total amount of approx. SEK 75 million through the issues.

Scout Gaming Group is a licensed and regulated provider of B2B Daily Fantasy Sports. The company offers a flexible and customizable network-based Fantasy Sport platform that supports most sports and leagues through an in-house state-center that also provides real-time information to players.
