Delphi advisor to Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) in connection with an accelerated book building procedure and a directed share issue

Delphi has advised Scout Gaming Group AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through an accelerated book building procedure to Swedish and international institutional investors and a directed share issue to the US shareholder Tekkorp Holding LCC and the investor company Topline Capital Partners. Scout Gaming Group AB receives a total amount of approx. 36 MSEK through the issues.

Scout Gaming Group is a licensed and regulated provider of B2B Daily Fantasy Sports. The company offers a flexible and customizable network-based Fantasy Sport platform that supports most sports and leagues through an in-house state-center that also provides real-time information to players.
