Delphi advisor to Paxman in connection with directed share issue

Delphi has assisted Paxman AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through an accelerated bookbuilding process, through which the company receives SEK 77 million before transaction costs. The Paxman share is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

The Paxman Scalp Cooling System has been developed by the Paxman family to reduce hair loss in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. With over 4,000 systems delivered in to hospitals, clinics and treatment centres around the world, Paxman is the leading supplier of Scalp Cooling technology. Paxman AB (publ) has its headquarters in Karlshamn with subsidiaries in Huddersfield and in Houston.
