Delphi advisor to MYCORENA AB in connection with investment round of SEK 240 000 000

Delphi has assisted MYCORENA AB in connection with a fund raising of a total of SEK 240 000 000, which is the largest ever Nordic Series A funding round within the area of alternative proteins. The purpose of the financing is to scale up production and take Promyc® from an innovation on a demonstration scale to a commercialized product.

MYCORENA AB is a start-up company within FoodTech that manufactures a sustainable and vegan mycoprotein – Promyc®. The company was founded in 2017 and is based in Gothenburg.
