Delphi advisor to Momentum Group in several acquisitions
Delphi has advised Momentum Group in connection with the following acquisitions, all of which were completed during the past week.
- Agreement to acquire three electromechanical service workshops from Assemblin El AB. Closing is scheduled to take place in the beginning of April 2021. The acquired service workshops will continue operate as an independent unit under the current management within the framework of Momentum Industrial’s subsidiary Rörick Elektriska Verkstad AB.
- Agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in Mekano AB. Closing is scheduled to take place in mid-February 2021. Mekano will continue to operate as an independent company within the framework of Momentum Group’s business area Components & Services in accordance with the Group’s philosophy of decentralized business responsibility.
- Agreement to acquire all shares in Mekano in Sävedalen AB. Closing is scheduled to take place in mid-February 2021. Mekano will continue to operate as an independent company within the framework of Momentum Group’s business area Components & Services in accordance with the Group’s philosophy of decentralized business responsibility.
- Acquisition of all shares in Öbergs in Karlstad AB. Öbergs will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary and competence center under the current management within the framework of Momentum Group’s business area Components & Services.
