Delphi advisor to Meltron AB in connection with an oversubscribed new issue of units and acquisition of Oy MTG-Meltron Ltd

Delphi has advised Meltron AB (publ) (previous A Uni-light LED AB) in connection with a new issue of units of approximately MSEK 24, as well as with Meltron’s acquisition of Oy MTG-Meltron Ltd which was conducted as an issue in kind where the shareholders of Oy Meltron received shares in Meltron AB as consideration.

Meltron designs, manufactures and sells LED lighting solutions for specifically chosen niche markets – cruise liners, industrial and livestock building and especially exposed environments where Meltron’s lighting have great positive impact.

Oy MTG-Meltron Ltd is operating in the lighting field with proprietary and advanced technology, which combines optics, thermodynamics and electronics with strong patents.
