Delphi advisor to Leading Edge Materials in connection with listing on Nasdaq First North

Delphi has been legal advisor to Leading Edge Materials in connection with the listing of its shares on Nasdaq First North. First day of trading is Monday, 22 January 2018. The company’s common shares have previously beenlisted on TSX Venture in Canada and OTCQB in the United States.

“We see that more foreign companies is appearing in the Swedish capital market. Something we of course see as positive thing.” Says Mats Dahlberg, partner at Delphi.

Leading Edge Materials is a Canadian mining company with assets mainly in Sweden. The company has assets within a wide range of focus areas such as graphite, rare earth metals, lithium and cobalt.

Remium has acted as financial advisor in connection with the secondary listing.
