Delphi advisor to Job Solution in connection with two acquisitions and issue of senior secured bonds

Delphi has assisted Job Solution Sweden Holding AB (publ) in connection with acquisition of IT Consulting Network Nordic AB and Montico AB for an initial purchase price of approximately SEK 125 million in total and in connection with issuance of senior secured bonds in a total amount of SEK 165 million. The proceeds from the bonds have, inter alia, been used to finance the acquisitions.

Job Solution operates, develops, and manages businesses within the field of competence supply. The group’s first company was established in 2015, and today there are approximately 25 companies in the group, employing around 500 employees. The group’s companies are specialists in the recruitment, interim and consulting segments, with operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
