Delphi advisor to Inzile AB (publ) in connection with an oversubscribed new issue of units and listing on Nasdaq First North

Delphi has acted as advisor to Inzile AB (publ) in connection with an oversubscribed new issue of units of app. SEK 51.5 million and subsequent listing on Nasdaq First North. Applications for subscriptions in the new issue of a total amount of SEK 59.1 million were received, corresponding to a total subscription of 131 percent.

The first day of trading the Inzile’s shares and warrants took place during the summer of 2019.

Inzile is based in Västervik, Sweden, and develops and manufactures fossil-free, modular transport and service vehicles.
