Delphi advisor to ieye AB in connection with private placement

Delphi has advised ieye AB in connection with implementation of share issues at two occasions, to a number of new and existing investors. Through the issues, ieye AB has been provided with an amount of approximately SEK 11 million before issue costs.

ieye is a Swedish tech company that develops and establishes a network of digitized eyewear stores. ieye has developed an algorithm that enables a tech-driven alternative to the traditional and more analog optician industry. ieye’s pop-up stores are the world’s first eyewear stores that are 100 percent digitized, without any physical products for sale in order to create a seamless and personal customer experience.
