Delphi advisor to Hernö Gin AB in connection with listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Today, Hernö Gin AB was listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the abbreviation name HERNO B. Delphi acted as legal advisor in connection with the listing.

Hernö Gin is Sweden’s first gin distillery and the creator of the world’s most awarded gin. Hernö Gin can be found at Systembolaget throughout Sweden, and in around 30 countries worldwide.

Delphi’s team consisted of Sandra Broneus, Matilda Karlsson, Jessica Björklund, Lea Elmquist, Ida Nordmark and Petri Dahlström.
