Delphi advisor to Exsitec Holding AB (publ) in connection with an accelerated book building procedure and directed share issue of SEK 120 million
Delphi has advised Exsitec Holding AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue through a so called accelerated book building procedure to a large number of Swedish and international professional investors. Exsitec receives at total gross amount of approximately SEK 120 million by issuance of 857,143 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 140.
Exsitec are specialists in business systems and digitalization. The company helps customers in finding the right system support for their working days and integrates systems in the business as a continuous partner after delivery. Exsitec specializes in system support in areas such as business systems, invoice management, CRM and e-commerce. The business consists of over 300 employees with combined expertise in IT, business management and business development.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner and Erik Penser Bank acted as co-lead manager in the transaction.
