Delphi advisor to Codemill in connection with IPO, listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and acquisition of Cantemo

Delphi has assisted CodeMill AB (publ) in connection with an IPO of MSEK 47.5, which was subscribed to 211 percent, the listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and with the acquisition of all shares in Cantemo AB.

The interest in the listing, which included 2,500,000 shares in Codemill, was very high and was directed at both institutional investors and the general public in Sweden. The first day of trading in Codemill’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market was June 18, 2021. The acquisition of Cantemo, which was completed on June 15, 2021, consisted partly of a cash payment of approximately SEK 10.8 million and partly of approximately 600,000 newly issued shares in Codemill valued at a price of SEK 17.70 per share.

Codemill is a Swedish tech company that offers software development and technical services for video and media companies. Codemill’s products Accurate.Video and Accurate Player SDK provide the world’s largest broadcast, VOD/OOT, Content Supply Chain and MAM platforms tools to simplify media production. Among Codemill’s customers there are several of Hollywoods major companies such as ViacomCBS, TV companies like BBC, ITV and ProSieben.Sat1, VOD/OTT platforms like Joyn, as well as publishers and brands like The Guardian. Cantemo is a Swedish tech company that offers services and products in media management.
