Delphi advisor to Cedergrenska in connection with recommended public offer

Delphi has advised Cedergrenska AB (publ) in connection with Cedergrenska’s recommended public offer to the shareholders of Aprendere Skolor AB (publ). The shareholders are offered a cash consideration and to convey all their shares in Aprendere to shares in Cedergrenska. Cedergrenska’s and Aprendere’s shares are traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Cedergrenska is an educational group listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market that provides high-quality education for children and students from preschool to post-secondary education.
