Delphi advisor to Bayn Europe AB (publ) in the acquisition of Pändy Foods AB

Delphi has advised Bayn Europe AB (publ) (”Bayn”), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Growth Market, in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Pändy Foods AB (“Pändy”), which was conducted as an issue in kind where the shareholders in Pändy receives shares in Bayn.

Bayn is a Stockholm-based independent developer and producer of sweetened fibres and offers the market cost-effective raw material ingredients and solutions for sugar reduction.

Pändy is a fast-growing company in the Fast-moving consumer goods market that specializes in developing and marketing low-calorie beverages, sweets, snacks and energy bars with a high proportion of protein that gives a quick feeling of saturation.
