Delphi advisor to Alligo Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Kents Textiltryck i Halmstad AB and Olympus Profile i Uddevalla AB

Delphi has advised Alligo Holding AB (“Alligo“) when entering into an agreement to acquire  70% of the shares in Kents Textiltryck i Halmstad AB (“Kents Textiltryck”) and Olympus Profile i Uddevalla AB (”Olympus Profile”). Kents Textiltryck and Olympus Profile have a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million each, with 15 respectively 13 employees with stores in Halmstad, Falkenberg and Uddevalla. The companies sell workwear, profile clothing and product media. The companies are Alligo’s eighth and ninth acquisition in 2022 and through these acquisitions Alligo further strengthens its position within profile clothing and product media in the Swedish market.

Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has annual revenue of approximately SEK 8.5 billion per year and has approximately 2,300 employees.
