Delphi advisor to Akelius in updating its EMTN-programme of EUR 3 billion

Delphi has advised Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) (“Akelius”) in connection with an update of its EMTN-programme, whereby the programme size is increased by EUR 500 million to a total of EUR 3 billion. The update entails the accession to the EMTN-programme by a Dutch subsidiary of Akelius as issuer and that Akelius guarantees the instruments issued by the Dutch subsidiary under the programme.

Akelius is one of Europe’s largest real estate companies and owns 45,000 rental apartments in metropolitan cities such as New York, Boston, Toronto, Paris, London, Berlin, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
