Delphi advisor to ahaWorld AB (publ) in connection with acquisition of a media and affiliate business from Wiget Media AB and a rights issue

Delphi has advised ahaWorld AB (publ) (“ahaWorld”) in connection with their acquisition of Wiget Media AB’s media and affiliate business, as well as with a rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 53 million.

ahaWorld is an investment company particularly focused on the gaming industry. The company invests in a number of gaming companies that are expected to create long-term shareholder value. Focus is in the areas of casino, slots, and bingo, where the games are mainly internet based and available both from stationary computers and from handheld devices. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Uppsala.
