Delphi advises NGS Group AB on oversubscribed rights issue and directed issue

Delphi has advised NGS Group in connection with a rights issue of approximately SEK 35 million and a directed issue of approximately SEK 16 million. The rights issue was subscribed to approximately 145.6 percent.

NGS Group is a staffing, recruitment, interim services, interim management, executive search and assessment group, operating in Sweden and Norway. NGS Group’s operations specialize in a variety of business areas in both the public and private sectors. NGS Group is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
