Delphi advised Netmore Group in connection with a mandatory public offer from Polar Structure

Delphi has advised Netmore Group AB (publ) in connection with Polar Structure AB’s announcement on 15 June 2022 of a mandatory public cash offer to the shareholders of Netmore Group to sell all their shares to Polar Structure. The offer included the shares of series B that are listed on Nasdaq First north Growth Market.

Netmore Group is a leading IoT operator that connects properties, provide private and open 5G networks and enable massive IoT connectivity through LoRaWAN.
