Rickard Isacson

Rickard Isacson is a partner focusing on M&A. He is responsible for the firm’s Transactions practice. He works on a regular basis with many of the firm’s recurring clients, which include large corporations, private equity sponsors, listed serial acquirers and carve-out specialists. Rickard has extensive experience advising on a range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions and buy-and-build cases, carve-outs, minority deals, divestments and more.
