Håkan Wendesten is a partner and head of the insolvency and restructuring department at the Gothenburg office of Advokatfirman Delphi. He has acted as liquidator of solvent and insolvent companies and as an administrator of reorganisations for more than 20 years. He has been involved in many large Swedish insolvency cases in various sectors, including transport and retail bankruptcies, store chain bankruptcies such as Verner & Verner Svenska AB.
