About
Since graduating in 2011, Niclas Bladfält has gained solid legal experience. He has previously worked as a judge in general courts, investigating and analysing various types of legal issues, often under great time pressure. Niclas has also worked as a legal expert for the Government Offices in Sweden, dealing with complex investigative issues. Niclas’ previous experience has given him a deeper understanding of conflicts between commercial actors as well as a head start in legal investigation and analysis work.
Niclas’ current position is as a specialist in commercial dispute resolution at Delphi, with extensive experience in assisting clients in a wide range of industries and legal areas. In addition to litigating and arbitrating disputes, Niclas also advises on general commercial law issues.
Recently, Niclas has focused on disputes concerning breaches of non-competition clauses in share transfer agreements, employment agreements and breaches of the Swedish Trade Secrets Act and related issues. He also advises on labour law issues, such as termination of employment, and on various forms of legal measures against crimes in connection with business activities.
