Linus Larsén

Linus Larsén primarily works with data protection, IT, commercial agreements, intellectual property and technologies at the forefront such as AI and blockchain. Linus regularly lectures on topics within his areas of expertise, including a recurring special course in Cyber Law at Stockholm University. He also writes articles and is one of the founders of Delphi’s technology blog, Delphi Tech Blog, which addresses issues concerning law and technology.

Examples of assignments:

• Advising clients in various sectors on GDPR compliance projects, both before and after GDPR came into force.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various types of contracts including SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, project agreements and data processing agreements. Experience includes a wide range of contracts in regulatory fields, such as within the financial sector.
• Advising clients on the use of open source licenses.
• Representing clients in legal proceedings against the Swedish Data Protection Authority in matters related to data protection.
• Providing advice on legal risks associated with AI use and AI projects.
• Advising clients operating in the blockchain/crypto sector on obtaining necessary permits and authorizations for their operations, AML compliance, and on legal issues relevant to the client’s ongoing operations.
